Use the admin PIN, or the team PIN of any project. To look at one project you only need its link.

New project
Create the project here, then import its Microsoft Project file in the project's Settings (you are taken there straight away).
Admin PIN
The admin PIN opens every project and this list, and is the only PIN that can create or remove projects. Each project's team PIN is changed in that project's Settings.
